Room Booking

If you want to book any of the spaces in the BGSA lounge in Stewart N3/5, the following spaces are available:

Flamingo (teleconferencing) - Equipped with AV gear, an external monitor, sound dampening, a sit-stand desk, this room is best for taking zoom calls, recording presentations, and more.

Narwhal (private office) - This room has external monitors and a nice long desk, good for getting some work done if you want to be out of the lab or your own shared office or a 1-on-1 meeting.

Wombat (small meeting room) - With a whiteboard, a table, and several chairs, this room is good to meet with a small group, whether a few undergrads or lab members. It can also function as another private workspace if Narwhal is booked.

Common area - While you don't need to book the common area to hang out there, if you want to plan a small event with about 5-15 people it is a good idea to book the area. Examples could be a game or movie night, craft club, coffee hour, etc.
